On June 27, 2024, Enbridge Inc. closed the public offering of US$500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 7.375% Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes due 2055 and US$700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 7.200% Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes due 2054.
