On September 28, 2023, EllisDon Infrastructure OCH Inc. ("EllisDon") announced that it had reached financial close on the CHEO Integrated Treatment Centre (1Door4Care) project in Ottawa, Ontario. The Bank of Nova Scotia, Royal Bank of Canada, and CaixaBank acted as lenders and hedge providers for the contract to design, build and finance the 1Door4Care project.

Infrastructure Ontario and CHEO had selected EllisDon for the 1Door4Care project following the proposals process that began in November 2022. The construction of the 1Door4Care project is expected to begin in November 2023 and substantial completion is expected in fall 2027.
