On March 1, 2018, EllisDon Infrastructure BGH Inc. ("EllisDon") entered into a C$131.2 million project agreement to build and finance an expansion of Brockville General Hospital in Brockville, Ontario. 

The project will consolidate programs and services currently offered at the Hospital's four campus locations to a single campus at the Charles Street site. The project involves approximately 20,000 square feet of renovations and construction of a four-storey addition plus mechanical penthouse which will add approximately 170,000 square feet of space. Construction is scheduled to begin in early March 2018, with an expected substantial completion date of summer 2020.
