On September 29, 2023, Optiva Inc. completed a U.S. $13.5 million private placement of its 9.75% Senior Secured PIK Toggle Notes, due July 20, 2025 (the “Notes”). The Notes were issued to EdgePoint Investment Group Inc. (“EdgePoint”).

EdgePoint is a wealth management firm based in Toronto with portfolios focused on investing in businesses, fixed-income securities and corporate debt.
