On August 10, 2021, Eddyfi/NDT announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zetec, a subsidiary of Roper Technologies Inc. for US$350 million. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the year and is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals. Following the closing of the transaction, Zetec will formally join Eddyfi Technologies, a business unit of Eddyfi/NDT
