Eddyfi/NDT acquires Dynamic Risk Assessment Systems

On March 31, 2021, Calgary-based Dynamic Risk Assessment Systems Inc. was acquired by Eddyfi/NDT. Under the terms of the acquisition, Dynamic Risk will remain a separate entity and become Eddyfi/NDT's fourth platform and business unit. The transaction was partly financed by a bank syndicate led by National Bank of Canada, as well as Investissement Québec.

Eddyfi/NDT is a leading global provider of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technologies for customers in mining, aerospace, oil & gas, transportation and power.

Dynamic Risk provides technology-enabled integrity risk management and compliance services and software to the energy sector.
