Dolly Varden Silver Corporation completes bought deal financing

On September 27, 2024, Research Capital Corporation (as co-lead and sole bookrunner), Haywood Securities Inc. (as co-lead underwriter) and Raymond James Ltd. (collectively, the “Underwriters”) completed a C$32.2m bought-deal financing of common shares and “flow-through shares” of Dolly Varden Silver Corporation ("Dolly Varden").

Dolly Varden, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a mineral exploration company focused on mining in Canada.

McCarthy Tétrault advised the Underwriters with a team led by Gary Litwack that included Sarah Ferguson, Lama Kahiel, Emily Bawtinheimer (Business) and Nigel Johnston (Tax).
