On May 30, 2008, The Credit Valley Hospital, with its co-sponsor Infrastructure Ontario, reached financial close with Bondfield Construction Company Limited and Société Générale (Canada Branch), as administrative agent and lender, for the construction and financing of The Credit Valley Hospital Phase II Redevelopment Project. National Bank Financial acted as financial advisor.

McCarthy Tétrault advised Infrastructure Ontario and the Credit Valley Hospital with a team that included Godyne Sibay,  Gordon Willcocks,  Tristan Musgrave, Shanon Grauer, and Andrew Collingwood.
