On June 3, 2013, Constellation Software Inc. announced that it had completed, through its wholly owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation, the acquisition of QuadraMed Corporation, a portfolio company of Francisco Partners. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Harris will continue to operate QuadraMed as a stand-alone business
