On June 28, 2005, Colabor Income Fund completed a C$57.75 million initial public offering of 5,775,000 trust units (including the over-allotment option of C$2.75 million exercised on July 20, 2005). The proceeds of the offering were used to indirectly acquire a 53.2 per cent interest in the food, food-related and non-food products distribution and marketing business of Colabor Inc., an offering which valued the business of Colabor Inc. at approximately C$108 million.
