On April 30, 2020, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) completed its issuance of A$200 million CBL30 (Tranche 2) Covered Bonds. The issuance of Tranche 1 A$600 million CBL30 Covered Bonds was previously completed on April 14, 2020.

CIBC is one of the "Big Five" banks in Canada. The bank is headquartered at Commerce Court in Toronto, Ontario.
