Capgemini acquires Unity's Digital Twin Professional Services arm

On April 30, 2024, Capgemini America, Inc. ("Capgemini") completed its acquisition of Unity's Digital Twin Professional Services arm to form one of the largest pools of Unity enterprise developers in the world. As part of this agreement Capgemini plans to scale a range of sector-specific solutions that are currently in high demand and relevant for automotive, consumer products and retail, energy and utilities, aerospace and defense, healthcare and life sciences, and industrial products/manufacturing.
