On March 29, 2022, Bank of Montreal (BMO) completed its C$3.1 billion public offering consisting of 20,943,750 common shares issued at $149.00 each.

The underwriters, which were led by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., and included Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Morgan Stanley Canada Limited, Canaccord Genuity Corp., Desjardins Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., Sera Global Securities Canada LP, Cormark Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., iA Private Wealth Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Canada Inc., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., Manulife Securities Incorporated, Raymond James Ltd. and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc.
