On February 11, 2022, Bell Canada completed its previously announced public offering of US$750 million principal amount of Series US-7 Notes in the United States. The US $750 million 3.650% Series US-7 Notes will mature on August 15, 2052 and will be issued at a price of US$99.144 per $100 principal amount for a yield to maturity of 3.697%. The notes were offered through a syndicate of underwriters which included BofA Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital (USA) and SMBC Nikko Securities America.
Bell, headquartered in Montréal, is Canada's largest communications company, proving broadband wireless, TV, internet, media and business communication services.
