On November 7, 2022, all of the issued and outstanding shares of APN World Inc. (“APN”) were acquired by a subsidiary of Schivo Medical Limited ("Schivo"). This acquisition was made by Schivo to further solidify its presence in the North American market. For APN, this transaction is a step towards continuing to grow its presence in Quebec and globally. 

APN is headquartered in Quebec City, Canada and is a recognized leader in the production of high-quality precision parts.

Schivo, located in Waterford, Ireland, assembles and tests complex devices and instruments for global leaders in the minimally invasive surgical and life sciences sectors.
