On September 28, 2011, NEMI Northern Energy and Mining Inc. announced that it has completed the sale of the Company's interest in the Peace River Coal Limited Partnership to Anglo Coal Canada Inc. for a cash purchase price of C$73 million.

NEMI Northern Energy and Mining, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a mine development company focused on the exploration and development of metallurgical coal assets in northeast British Columbia.

Anglo Coal Canada, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Anglo American plc, a British multinational mining company.
