On December 16, 2021, 2361380 Ontario Limited, a private institutional lender, entered into a secured non-revolving term loan with The Valens Company Inc., for an aggregate principal amount up to C$40 million.  The Loan will accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum, payable quarterly, and matures on December 15, 2023 with an initial interest payment date on December 31, 2021.
