Will is originally from Burlington, Ontario. He completed his undergraduate degree at Thompson Rivers University (TRU) with a Bachelor in Tourism Management, majoring in international adventure tourism development. During his undergraduate degree, Will was selected to travel to Patagonia, Chile, where he worked as a consultant for an eco-resort, providing input on marketing, environmental sustainability, and risk management.
Will also obtained his law degree from TRU. While attending law school, Will served as co-president of the TRU Oral Advocacy Club, participating in and organizing several moot competitions for students in different areas of the law. He was also selected as part of a student group to present at the Society of Law Students Conference. Will was elected by his peers as the Chair of Student Life and Wellness, and he was an elected member of the Society of Law Students.
In his spare time, Will enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and travelling.
