Will Dandie is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. He is building a general litigation practice, with a focus on commercial disputes, infrastructure and construction disputes, public law, and professional liability. While articling with the firm, Will assisted in a large-scale P3 project dispute adjudication, multiple class action proceedings, a medical malpractice trial, and complex injunction proceedings.
Will received a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was a finalist in national and international moot completions, including the 2022 Gale Cup where he appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. Will also completed an internship with a law-and-tech organization located in Myanmar.
Before pursuing his law degree, Will worked as a Legislative Assistant for a Member of Provincial Parliament at Queen’s Park. He received his Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Political Science and Urban Geography from McGill University in 2018.
Will was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
