Vanessa Bédard serves as Operations Manager and supports the national MT>iplus team.

She has several years of experience in human resources management. Her interest in organizational development, recruitment and professional development, in addition to her proactive, people-centred and pragmatic approach, have led her to successfully manage a number of strategic initiatives. Vanessa has a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université de Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
