Since joining MT>3 in 2018, Su has designed and led multiple process and procedural initiatives to support the growth of MT>3 and its evolving service lines. Her operational mandate includes overseeing the human resource and engagement programs for the professional staff within the division, supporting business development and strategic initiatives, recruitment and onboarding for new hires, billing and financial reporting, designing training programs for new administrative tools and resources and supporting MT>3’s lawyers and timekeepers to reduce time spent on administrative matters.

Su has worked on several firm wide projects collaborating with multiple stakeholders across all offices as well as several MT>Division specific initiatives.

Su has led several organizations through periods of high-change and positioned them for growth and sustained success. Recognised internationally for her pragmatic and highly effective approach to addressing rapid change and establishing financial stability, she has built a reputation for fearless navigation of dynamic environments guiding organizations from today, into tomorrow.

Su brings over twenty years of Senior Management experience from the commercial and not for profit arts and entertainment sectors to her role at MT>3.  Su began her career as a Director of Development raising tens of millions of dollars from private, public, individual, and corporate donors in support of Canadian artistic entities. Su’s career evolved rapidly into senior management with leadership roles in the independent music industry including producing albums, international tours and television specials and has worked with artists ranging from 13 million albums sold to those just starting their careers.

Su’s education includes an LLM from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, an MBA in Leadership from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, an honours undergraduate degree in Theatre and Art History from York University and a college degree in Micro Computer Systems, Conestoga College.

In her spare time, Su enjoys immersing herself and her family in travel experiences most often tethered to art history and artistic events or the ongoing work of restoring a rustic family cottage built by her grandfather in the 1920’s.  Su’s love of nature and its importance in urban life has led to her volunteer position as Chair of the Board of Directors, High Park Nature Centre.
