Selina Mamo is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice, with an emphasis on commercial disputes and professional liability matters.

Before joining the firm, Selina worked as a transactional lawyer at a multinational law firm and a litigator at a boutique litigation firm where she represented clients on a variety of civil matters. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals.

In addition to her practice, Selina sits on the Ontario Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division executive and currently acts as the CPD Liaison. Selina was also recently involved in the development of the civil litigation curriculum for the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University and was a course instructor at Humber College.

While in law school, Selina was an active member of student government and was a Gale Cup Moot finalist. She was the recipient of a number of awards and prizes for her academic achievements and outstanding service to the Windsor law school community, including the Blake, Cassels, and Graydon LLP Prize and the J.W. Whiteside Award.

Selina obtained her Honours BA in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Selina received her JD from the University of Windsor in 2013.

Selina was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society.
