Sébastien Cusson is an associate in our Litigation Group in Montréal. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation as well as insurance and construction litigation.
Mr. Cusson completed his degrees in civil law (LLL) and common law (J.D.) at the University of Ottawa. He also has a master’s degree in law and finance (M.Sc.) with distinction from the University of Oxford (Lincoln College).
From 2017 to 2018, Mr. Cusson was a clerk for the Honourable Justice Suzanne Côté of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mr. Cusson is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Young Bar of Montréal, and the Young Directors of the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (IGOPP). He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2016.
