Sarah Gallvitz is a Registered Trade-mark Agent in our Intellectual Property Group at our Vancouver office. She handles all aspects of trade-mark prosecution in Canada, including assessing the registrability of trade-marks, the filing and prosecution of applications to register trade-marks, and assisting in trade-mark opposition and expungement proceedings.

Experience

She is a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) and the International Trademark Association (INTA). She also sits on the IPIC Trade-mark Legislation Committee. Sarah regularly collaborates with counsel in the United States, and in other jurisdictions to co-ordinate trade-mark protection for clients in Canada and internationally.
