Sarah Chiavarini is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general corporate law practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets, as well as business transactions involving Indigenous communities.

Sarah obtained her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021 after joining the firm in 2019 as a summer student and completing her articles with the firm in 2021. She received her Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University with a minor in Political Science. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association and Indigenous Bar Association.
