Samantha Cunliffe is a partner in our Business Law Group in Vancouver. Her practice is primarily focused in the areas of corporate and commercial law, credit facilities, project finance and general banking issues.

Samantha advises lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured credit facilities, project finance and the development of projects.

Samantha joined the firm in September, 2009. She received a BSc in Physics from the University of British Columbia in 2005 and her LLB from the University of British Columbia in 2008. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2009 and the Ontario Bar in 2018. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association, the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Ontario.
