Sally Kim is an associate in the firm’s Labour & Employment Law Group in Toronto. She advises and represents clients in both the private and public sector on a wide range of labour and employment issues, including employment standards, wrongful dismissal, and human rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Sally articled and practiced at a global law firm, where she specialized in litigation. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Sally obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, where she graduated with an honour’s degree with distinction.
Sally is fluent in Korean. She is an active member of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association and the International Association of Korean Lawyers. She is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society.
