Robert Di Battista is an associate in McCarthy Tètrault’s Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto. Robert’s practice involves a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, project financing, and land development.

Robert received his Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in 2014. He obtained his JD from the University of Ottawa in 2018.

Robert was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
