Robert Celac is an associate in our Tax Group in Montreal. His practice focuses on dispute resolution and litigation in federal, provincial and municipal taxation, and commodity tax matters, as well as in matters of administrative law.

Robert advises and represents clients in all phases of the administrative and judicial process in their conflicts with tax authorities and other administrative decision makers.

He also works in land use planning within major real estate and infrastructure projects that are shaping Quebec’s urban landscape.

Robert graduated with honours from the University of Ottawa, receiving his LL.L. in 2019 and completed a Master of Laws with a specialization in taxation at HEC Montreal in 2021.

Robert was called to the Quebec Bar in 2021.
