Robert Antonecchia is a Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) / corporate search clerk in the Toronto office of McCarthy Tétrault. He is responsible for conducting various types of loan and acquisition searches to disclose liens and filings, and for preparing and registering liens under the Personal Property Securities Act.
