Paulina Bogdanova is an associate in our Business Law group in Toronto. She maintains a general business law practice that involves public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance (debt and equity) and other corporate transactions across a variety of industries. Paulina’s practice also involves advising public company clients on corporate governance and ongoing securities law requirements, including continuous disclosure. Paulina is the Associate Editor and an active contributor to the firm’s M&A blog, Canadian Mergers and Acquisitions Perspectives.
Paulina received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017, where she won the Gurston Allen Prize. She holds a B.A. (hons.) with High Distinction in International Relations and English Literature from Trinity College, University of Toronto, where she was a Loran Scholar and elected Head of College. While at the University of Toronto, Paulina interned with a global investment management firm and with an international government body. During law school, Paulina was an active member of the competitive moot court program, a participant in the Test Case Litigation Project and a peer mentor. In her spare time, Paulina enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing tennis and volleyball and travelling.
Paulina was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
