Orlee advises both Canadian and international companies on public company matters including structuring, corporate governance, stock exchange compliance and public disclosure.
Additionally, Orlee has cultivated an extensive network of connections in the metals and mining industry, including Canadian and international government officials, investment banks and global sourcing of financing. Community is important to Orlee and she regularly volunteers with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), as well as fundraising for their One Brave Night campaign. She also sits on the executive committee for Women who Rock, an organization whose mission is to empower women and improve gender diversity in the mining industry. Orlee received her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2004 and is called to the bar in Ontario.
