Nicole Morin is an associate in the Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general business law practice which includes advising clients on secured lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Nicole received her JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. She was a member of the Faculty of Law Review throughout her time at the Faculty, acting as an associate, articles and senior editor. Nicole was also a co-leader of the Asper Centre Refugee & Immigration Law working group and a research assistant to Professor Anthony Duggan in the area of secured transactions law.
Prior to her legal education, Nicole received an Honours Bachelor of Arts with high distinction from Trinity College at the University of Toronto. She received the George Gray Falle and John Pettigrew Scholarships for high academic achievement in her English specialist stream and was part of the President’s Scholars of Excellence Program.
Nicole was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the firm in 2021.
