Nicole recently graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. While at law school, she was Co-Chair of the Immigration and Refugee Law Working Group at the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights, where she was involved with litigation surrounding the Safe Third Country Agreement. She was a member of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review for three years, acting as Senior Editor in her final year. Nicole also worked as a research assistant to Professor Anthony Duggan in the area of secured transactions.
Prior to law school, Nicole received an Honours Bachelor of Arts (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto, graduating with a Specialist in English, a Major in Ethics, Society and Law and a Minor in Philosophy. She was born in Seoul, South Korea, and lived in the Philippines and Singapore before arriving in Toronto.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys travelling, exploring new restaurants, boxing and learning about wine.
