Nicholas Trottier is e-discovery counsel in our Montréal office, MT>3, a division of McCarthy Tétrault. MT>3 is Canada’s leader in e-discovery, information governance and the management of digital information. His practice focuses on e-discovery and electronic case and evidence management in civil and commercial litigation.
Nicholas received his LLB in 2001 from the Université de Montréal and his B.Sc. (biochemistry) in 1996 from McGill University, where he also studied computer science. In 2008, he received his postgraduate certificate in bioethics from the Université de Montréal.
Nicholas is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Québec bar.
