Nadir Pracha is an associate in our Real Property and Planning Group in Montreal. He maintains a general real property practice including real estate financing, acquisition and sales, and commercial leasing.
Nadir obtained bachelor’s degrees in Civil Law and in Common Law from McGill University in 2015. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations and a graduate level degree in Accounting. While attending law school Nadir worked as a research assistant and at the McGill law faculty’s legal clinic. He was also awarded a fellowship by the law faculty and has clerked at an international institution for dispute resolution.
While articling at McCarthy Tétrault, Nadir was involved in matters concerning corporate governance, and participated in transactions involving corporate reorganizations, corporate and infrastructure financing, as well as real estate financing and the acquisition of a real estate loan portfolio.
Nadir was called to the Québec bar in 2018. He is a member of the Young Bar of Montreal and the Canadian Bar Association.
