Nadir Pracha is a graduate of McGill University’s faculty of Law and passed the Quebec bar exam in 2016. Prior to law school, he obtained a graduate level diploma in Accounting and worked for McGill University in financial administration and management roles for several years. After obtaining his B.A. degree in Economics and International Studies, he also spent a year in Washington, D.C., working at a lobbying office. Nadir has also passed level 1 of the C.F.A. examination.
While studying law at McGill, Nadir was a member of the 2014-2015 McGill Willem C Vis Moot team. He worked as a Research Assistant for Prof. Richard Gold, and volunteered at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, with Pro Bono Students Canada, and at Solidarity Across Borders, helping families with precarious status in Canada. He was also involved with Quid Novi, the McGill Law faculty’s newspaper, as copy editor. In September 2016 Nadir will begin a clerkship at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague.
