Maxime Damphousse is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montréal. He practises in the areas of project finance and development, and mergers and acquisitions in the natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
Maxime has advised lenders, sponsors and governments in connection with the development and financing of major power, mining and infrastructure projects, as well as purchasers and vendors of oil and gas and mining assets. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault Maxime practiced law with leading international law firms in London and Singapore.
Maxime graduated from McGill University's Faculty of Law with BCL and LLB degrees in 2006 and also holds a master's degree (MSc) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
