Marc Dorion is Counsel in our Business Law Group. His practice focuses on development and financing of major projects as well as other financing operations and privatisations. In these areas of expertise, Marc advises companies, lending institutions and other interveners in relation to the steps of development, financing, construction and operation of projects in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Marc acts as strategic counsel for numerous companies in connection with the development of Northern Québec and has considerable experience in commercial negotiation and public affairs.
Marc supervises the natural resources group in Québec and is responsible for the activities of the firm in relation to the development of Northern Québec.
He received his LLL from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1978, then completed his graduate studies in corporate taxation at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
