Loïc Sanscartier is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montréal. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, and more specifically on public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate and project financing.
In particular, he has represented Canadian issuers at different stages in their growth as public companies: initial public offering, reverse takeover, continuous disclosure, secondary offerings of shares and debt securities, acquisitions of public and private companies, and privatisation.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Loïc practised in the business law group and in the securities team of another national Canadian firm in Montréal.
Loïc holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from Université de Montréal (2017) and a Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction) with a major in Finance from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business (2014). He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2018.
