Lindsay holds law and science degrees from the University of British Columbia. In law school, Lindsay participated actively in the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and Judge Galati’s Criminal Clinic, where she had an opportunity to advocate for underserved populations and run a number of criminal trials. Lindsay also served as Co-President of the Allard Law and Business Society and Student Ambassador for the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. She is the recipient of a number of awards, including the Lawson Lundell Prize in Constitutional Law, the Law Foundation Public Interest Award, and the Harvey T. Strosberg Essay Prize in class actions. Lindsay was also the recipient of a Top Oralist award in the Laskin moot, a moot focused on the intersection of administrative and constitutional law. After articling at McCarthy Tétrault, Lindsay will clerk at the British Columbia Supreme Court.

Lindsay is a former varsity athlete who now coaches Special Olympics once per week. Prior to studying law, Lindsay studied Immunogenetics and Neuroscience. She also worked for several years as an aide to neurodiverse children and adults. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, cycling, and indoor rowing. She is a fluent French speaker and speaks some conversational Italian.
