Osgoode Hall Law School

Khristoff is a second-year student at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to attending Osgoode, Khristoff acquired his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Guelph. Before his time at McCarthy Tétrault, Khristoff worked as a Research and Projects Assistant for Ontario’s Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, where he was primarily responsible for offering policy recommendations for the province’s agricultural value-chain and cannabis regulatory matters.

At Osgoode, Khristoff has numerous publications for the law school’s Intellectual Property and Technology Blog (‘IPilogue’) and serves as a Senior Clinic Fellow for Osgoode’s Innovation Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to a multitude of small business owners and inventors related to their entrepreneurial endeavours. Khristoff also moderates a podcast in law school titled “Talking Health Law” and invites lawyers to discuss their health-law-related practice and expertise for each episode. In his final year of law school, Khristoff will serve as the President of Osgoode’s Health Law Association.

Khristoff enjoys working out, playing sports, and learning about new tech in his spare time.
