Kathryn Gullason is an associate in the Litigation Group of our Vancouver office. She maintains a general civil litigation practice.
Kathryn received her JD from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2018, with an academic specialization in environmental law and sustainability. During law school, Kathryn earned prizes in the Legal Research & Writing and Taxation courses. Kathryn also worked as a research assistant for the Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and Litigation and volunteered with Access Pro Bono. Prior to attending law school, Kathryn earned her BA in International Relations at the University of Western Ontario, and her MA in Global Governance at the University of Waterloo’s Balsillie School of International Affairs.
Kathryn joined McCarthy Tétrault as an associate in December 2019. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2019, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
