Kaelyn obtained her Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor degrees from McGill University Faculty of Law in 2023. She was an Executive Editor for Rooted, McGill’s Indigenous law journal, as well as an Executive Committee member of the McGill Business Law Association.

As Lead Legal Research Assistant at the iMPACTS project, Kaelyn worked with academic publications, government committees, and private social media entities in combatting forms of technology-facilitated violence. Prior to law school, Kaelyn operated an in-home tutoring business while earning her Bachelor of Arts in English (with Distinction) and working as a Digital Humanities Research Assistant at the University of Calgary.

In her free time, Kaelyn enjoys practicing yoga, playing video games, trying out new recipes, and doting on her cat.
