Juliana Smith recently graduated from the Dual JD Program at University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to law school, Juliana attended Wake Forest University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. 

In law school, Juliana worked with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Conviction Integrity Unit where she evaluated and assisted on applications of individuals seeking relief. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Juliana was a summer associate at TD Securities in the Global Counterparty Credit Group, where she assisted the bank with the documentation and regulatory requirements for clients, along with assisting in the onboarding of funds for various investment managers across the US, UK, and Canada.

In her free time, Juliana enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying out new restaurants and cheering on her favourite Toronto Sports teams (Leafs, Blue Jays and Raptors).
