Joe Furness is an associate in our Business Law Group in Vancouver. He maintains a corporate and securities law practice, advising both public and private companies on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private financings, private equity transactions, strategic investments and corporate reorganizations. He also provides ongoing advice to clients with respect to corporate governance, securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange matters, negotiation of commercial agreements and general corporate law.

Joe received his J.D. and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Queen’s University. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020.
