Known for her client-focused and practical approach to litigation, Jessica helps clients achieve resolutions tailored to their unique objectives. 

Jessica is an associate with McCarthy Tétrault’s Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on professional liability and commercial litigation.  

Jessica has experience acting for corporations, public bodies, and individuals in real estate, construction, professional services, and healthcare related disputes. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta,  the Tax Court of Canada, and all levels of Court in British Columbia. Jessica has also represented clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario License Appeal Tribunal, the Real Estate Council of British Columba, and the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Branch. In addition, Jessica is a contributing author to the CanLII Manual to British Columbia Civil Litigation, which was awarded with the Hugh Lawford Award for Excellence in Legal Publishing. 

Jessica earned her JD from the University of Ottawa where she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, chaired the Faculty of Law’s Social Justice Caucus, and was awarded the Leslie G. Dollinger Memorial Prize for highest standing in taxation law.  She previously earned an Honours BA in Political Studies from Queen’s University. Jessica is called to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia.
