Jessica Laham is counsel in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She has a general litigation practice with a focus on professional liability and regulatory matters.
Jessica has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals. She has experience with complex commercial disputes, environmental matters, and class actions, and regularly acts for physicians in a wide variety of contexts.
Jessica is a co-author of the chapter "Cross-Border & Multijurisdiction Class Actions—A Canadian Perspective" in the American Bar Association’s annually updated volume, Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation.
Jessica received her JD from the University of British Columbia in 2014, where she was the recipient of several awards for academic achievement. Jessica received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University in 2007. Prior to starting law school, she worked in advertising.
Jessica was called to the Ontario bar in 2015. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and The Advocates’ Society.
