Jennifer E. Hand is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice including medical negligence and commercial litigation.
Jennifer received her JD from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in 2016. She was elected Valedictorian of her graduating class and received the Horace E. Read Award, given to the student who has made the greatest overall contribution to scholarship and student life. Jennifer was also the President of the Dalhousie Law Students’ Society and an active member of the competitive moot court program.
Jennifer volunteers as duty counsel for Pro Bono Law Ontario at the Small Claims Court, as well as for the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program. Jennifer also holds a BA (Hons.) in History from Queen’s University.
She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
