Jean-Charles Panzini is a notary and is a member of our Real Estate and Planning Law Group in Montréal.
His practice focuses on various aspects of business law, including the sale and acquisition of real property, the planning and financing of construction and real estate development projects, the drafting of credit facilities and the implementation of security in the context of domestic and cross-border transactions. Jean-Charles drafts and negotiates various commercial agreements for a clientele of financial institutions, developers, investors and businesses.
Jean-Charles’ practice also includes consulting services related to co-ownership and real estate title due diligence. He has experience with correcting title issues or defects, financing of work carried out by condominium syndicates and drafting and rewriting condominium declarations.
Before joining McCarthy Tétrault, Jean-Charles was a member of the banking and financial services group of another Canadian national firm. He began his practice in a notarial boutique firm specializing in commercial real estate law.
Jean-Charles obtained his Bachelor of Law from the Université de Montréal in 2014, his Master of Law from the same university in 2016 and was admitted to the Chambre des notaires du Québec in 2016.
