Janie L.-Roy is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montreal. Her practice focuses on corporate law, particularly on mergers and acquisitions and securities.
Janie completed her bachelor of law degree at Université de Montréal in 2020 (LL.B.) with mention in the Dean’s honour roll and won the Belanger Sauvé and Rodolphe-Lemieux awards for Excellence in Administrative Law and Public International Law. During her studies, she worked for a non-profit organization specializing in legal education and clear legal communication.
Janie was called to the Quebec Bar in 2021.
