Hayley Goldfarb is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice acting for clients on a variety of proceedings. Hayley is also on the organizing committee for the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot.
Hayley received her Juris Doctor with Honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
While completing her Juris Doctor, Hayley assisted clients with Pro Bono Students Canada in both the civil litigation and family law program. Hayley also participated in competitive mooting and represented the University of Toronto in the 2018 Wilson Moot where she advanced to the final round. In 2019, Hayley coached the University of Toronto moot teams for both the Wilson Moot and the Willms & Shier Environmental Law Moot. Hayley was also a law student ambassador and a student mentor.
Prior to law school, Hayley obtained a Bachelor of Arts & Science (Honours) from McMaster University. She completed an undergraduate thesis on the impact of climate change in South-East Asia.
Hayley was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
